An Australian customer experienced belt failure during the aluminium strip coiling process.
The belt was used for wrapping aluminium coils after rolling, but the original belt was easy to broken from the joint part after a period time of usage.
The customer could offer basic belt dimensions and operating temperature and conditions.
Customer Challenge
- Existing belt was broken and needed an new replacement belt urgently
- Only belt size and temperature range were available, belt material was unknown
- Required reliable performance of the belt in a continuous demanding working environment
