V-Guide Conveyor Belt
V-Guide conveyor belt is v-shaped profile guide on the bottom side of the belt, which provide additional belt tracking support and help prevent miss-tracks.

V-Guide Conveyor Belt Description
When the belt is long and narrow in application, it will be better to add guide on the two sides of belt bottom. If the short and wide belt used on conveyor, it is ideal to add central guide on belt bottom side. In above two cases, due to their larger surface areas, the belts require additional support to prevent misalignment and enhance their stability. Adding a v-guide helps ensure the belt better alignment and tracking. V-guides enhance tracking consistency and prolong the belt service life by minimizing the amount of wear on both edges. Furthermore better tracking also decreases conveyor belt failures and improves production efficiency.
Puteken vulcanize or weld various V-Guides on the belt, guide size, location and quantity will be in line with specific application situation.
