Seamless Urethane Round Belt for Glass Tempered Furnace
Seamless urethane round belt is molded at one time by injection molding process. The rough surface is uniform and the belt has high tensile strength and long service life. It is critical component of tempered furnace transmission system, mainly used on ceramic roller of the furnace.

Urethane Round Belt Description
The tempering furnace round belt is made of PU material, formed by injection molding seamlessly in one piece, without any joint, with uniform length and long service life. According to the design and requirements of different tempering furnaces, round belts are available in various specifications. Common specifications include 8mm and 10mm. Some small tempering furnaces use 6mm, and the length is customized according to the size of the furnace.
In the glass tempering furnace, the seamless urethane round belt connects the motor with the ceramic roller to ensure the stable transmission of glass within the furnace, meeting the processing requirements of glass of different thicknesses and sizes. Nowadays, more and more clients use adjustable twist V-belt instead of urethane round belts.
