Flexible Truly-endless Timing Belt

A truly-endless timing belt is a continuous loop of belt material manufactured without any seam, splice or joint, it is also called wound endless, molded endless, seamless or flex timing belt. It is available in rubber and polyurethane material.

Seamless Timing Belt Description

According to different production process, timing belt can be divided into welded, truly-endless and open-ended three kinds. Open-ended is the belt with two ends open, the belt length can be 100m one roll; welded is use the punch machine to make teeth of the belt end and then joint two ends to a ring shape, the belt length is catered to specific requirement; seamless type is made from fixed tooth mold, it is molded into one continuous piece, but it has length limitation. Timing belt mainly have rubber and polyurethane timing belt two types, rubber timing belt can not be welded, it only have open and seamless kinds. PU timing belt has the above three types.

Molded endless timing belt has feature of longer life service. It is designed with no seam, joint or splice, reducing the risk of failure under high loads or continuous operation. It has higher precision due to it maintains consistent pitch accuracy. Moreover seamless construction and durable materials reduce the need for frequent replacements.
