RPP Timing Belt Description

RPP represents Rectangular Profile Pitch. RPP synchronous belt is designed to reduce noise and vibration, improve transmission efficiency and smoothness. Puteken produces RPP5M, RPP8M and RPP14M different model. It has characteristics of low noise, smooth run and suitable for quiet working environment.

What is the life service of RPP timing belt?

The life service of RPP toothed belt is affected by many factors, including load, speed,environmental conditions and etc. In general, under proper installation and regular maintenance, RPP timing belt has a life service of thousands of hours.

What are the common faults of RPP timing belt?

Tooth Wear: Long-term working will lead to belt teeth and pulley teeth wear, thus reducing transmission efficiency
Tooth Skip: Improper tension, inaccurate alignment or wear of the pulley will cause teeth skip.
Aging: As the belt working time increases, the belt material will age, leading to decline of belt performance.

When will the order be ready after making payment?

When we receive payment from the client, we will send the order to production department to arrange start production, after inspection department check the belt specification, we will notify the customer. Generally the production time is about 7-10 working days.
