Polyurethane Round Belt Welding Kit
Polyurethane round belt welding kit is a professional equipment that used to connect polyurethane round belt into closed-loop ring belts through hot melt method. It is suitable for rapid connection of both smooth and rough surface round belts for on-site installation, repair and maintenance. It melts the two end of the round belts by heating molds and achieves high-strength and firm connections based on the principle of hot pressing.

Working manual of the Round Welding Kit
- Cut the polyurethane round belt to the desired length by scissors, ensuring the cross-section is smooth and flat.
- Fix the two ends of the cut on the locating slot, ensuring they are aligned and match perfectly.
- Place the heating device between two ends of the round belt. Through heating, make the two ends become in a molten state.
- Quickly take off the heating device, closely align the two ends of the belt, and keep them pressed tightly for about 3 minutes to allow the interface to naturally cool and solidify.
- Remove the protruding excess material at the interface, making joint smooth.
