Poly-V Serpentine Belt – PH、PJ、PK、PL、PM
Poly-V belt(also called multi-rib belt, serpentine belt or ribbed V-belt), a flexible and continuous belt with multiple triangular-shaped ribs on its inner surface. It is designed to drive multiple engine accessories with less space, auto-tensioning and better grip. It mainly includes H,J,K,L and M types.

Poly-V Belt Description
Poly-V belt is a type of cord-reinforced drive belt with multiple longitudinal V- shaped ribs running along its length, which combines the flexibility of flat belt with positive drive characteristics of V-belt. This design supplies protection for all reinforced cords, ensuring even load distribution. Poly-V belt drive multiple accessories in vehicles or machinery by fitting into grooved pulleys.
Poly-V belt is composed of three parts: The backing layer is made from durable rubber for flexibility and structural stability; the tensile cord is embedded under the backing layer, made from polyester or Kevlar for tensile strength; the V-shaped longitudinal ribs made of durable rubber compound, offering grip and torque transmission through friction with pulley grooves.
