Imperial Timing Belt – H、XH、XXH、L、XL、XXL
Imperial timing belt is high-performance belts used in precision machinery to synchronize the movement of components, ensuring reliable operation and precise timing in industrial applications.
- Chemical Resistance
- High Accuracy
- Oil Resistant
- Low Stretch
Imperial Timing Belt Description
Imperial series PU timing belt size usually represents inch value, not millimeter. It has trapezoidal shape tooth. Imperial series teeth belt has good chemical stability and flexible design to meet various machinery and equipment. H,XH,XXH and L, XL, XXL all are accessible in Puteken.

FAQ
Imperial timing belt is of imperial design and may not be compatible with metric gears due to differences in tooth space and profile. If used in a metric system, it is recommended to select a metric synchronous belt (such as HTD or STD toothed belt).
The working temperature range depends on the material:
- Polyurethane : Suitable for -30°C to 82°C (-20°F to +180°F).
- Neoprene Rubber: Wider temperature range, suitable for -34°C to 104°C(-30°F to 220°F)
The following factors all need to be taken into consideration:
- Load Capacity: Ensure that the belt meets the torque and load requirements of the application.
- Speed Requirements: The synchronous belt specifications must meet the speed requirements of the system.
- Working Environment: Such as temperature, chemical exposure and other environmental conditions.
