Conveyor Belt Material - PVC
PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is an amorphous material. With its unique physical characteristics, it has become the popular material of industrial belts.
- Non-flammable
- Highly Durable
- Climate Change Resistance
- Light and Flexible
PVC Belt Series
In the processing of PVC materials, stabilizers, lubricants, pigment and other additives are often added to improve their performance.
In the production of PVC conveyor belt, we adopt high-strength cotton, nylon, polyester canvas as the base fabric layer, the key component of the conveyor belt structure, which directly determines the tensile strength and loading capacity of the conveyor belt. Covering PVC material on both sides of base layer, the top covering protect the base layer from wear and corrosion while the bottom covering offers anti-skidding to ensure the smooth operation of PVC conveyor belt. Also PVC material provides wear resistance, oil resistance, corrosion resistance and other characteristics.
In the sponge conveyor belt, we use PVC as the base belt, covered with a layer of high-density sponge rubber, through high temperature hot melt bonding process to make sure joint is firm, not easy to tear, high flexible and wear resistant.
As a PVC conveyor belt manufacturer, we customized various colors of PVC conveyor belt, like green, white, black, blue and etc in diverse thickness. Also fabrication as V-guide, cleats and sidewall in different patterns.
PVC conveyor belt has good flame retardant performance, can effectively prevent the occurrence of fire and can self-extinguish.
PVC conveyor belt has various surface patterns, like golf, diamond, grass, fishbone, crescent and herringbone and so on.
PVC material naturally has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, oil resistance and moisture, even in the chemical industry, wet workshop and other harsh environment, it can still keep stable operation, reducing the risk of downtime and extending belt service life.
Compared with traditional rubber material, PVC belt weight is lighter, which can reduce equipment load, energy consumption, while maintaining excellent tensile strength, to ensure that high-speed operation does not run off or slip.
