An overseas customer placed an order for a black PVC rough top conveyor belt with perforations and provided a technical drawing for hole layout.
Customer Challenge
During order review, Puteken identified a critical inconsistency:
- The drawing indicated a belt length of 8000 mm
- However, the actual order specified a belt length of 8300 mm
Since the belt length directly affects the number and spacing of perforations, using the original drawing would have resulted in incorrect hole positioning and potential installation issues.

- Recalculated thehole quantity and spacing based on the correct belt length (8300 mm)
- Updated the technical drawing accordingly
- Sent the revised drawing to the customer for confirmation before production
