The customer needed replacement round belts for a conveyor roller drive system but did not initially provide detailed product specifications.

Puteken Solution

After identifying the suitable polyurethane round belt, we further communicated with the customer to confirm the required dimensions, including belt diameter and length.

To ensure the belts arrived in perfect condition, we carefully packed the products with protective anti-collision film before shipment to prevent damage during transportation.
