This method requires a simple support frame to be set up in front of the conveyor head for recycling the old belt. First disconnect the old conveyor belt and then install a traction device on the head. Then one end of the new belt is connected to the old belt, and the other end of the old belt is connected to the traction device. The old belt is pulled by a traction device, while the new belt is laid onto the conveyor and the old belt is pulled out. Finally, connect the joint of the new belt to complete the replacement process.
